Article 2 – Legal Eligibility of the Consumer

1. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity under applicable laws to engage with the store or confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.
2. If the consumer violates this article, they assume full responsibility toward any third party.

Article 3 – Nature of the Store’s Obligation

1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the product or service requested.
2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales support depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4 – Usage Guidelines

1. The consumer shall use the store’s online platform in accordance with public ethics and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer agrees not to use any purchased product or service in violation of public ethics or applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 – Accounts & Registration Obligations

By registering for a store account, you agree to:

1. Maintain confidentiality of your account information and password, and notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from disclosure of account information or passwords.
3. Account usage is your responsibility; allowing others to use your account implies authorization on your behalf.
4. Use the store with seriousness and integrity.
5. Provide accurate, current, complete, and lawful information during registration and keep it updated.
6. The store shall keep your personal data and contact details strictly confidential.
7. If the store determines that the consumer provided false or illegal information, it may suspend or cancel the account without prejudice to other rights.
8. The store reserves the right to suspend or block access if you fail to comply with the above obligations.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications

1. The parties agree that communication shall occur through the registered email address.
2. The consumer agrees that electronic communications constitute legally binding written communication.
3. The consumer agrees that the store may notify users via general or specific announcements.

Article 7 – Amendments & Fees

1. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, remaining terms will remain in effect until further notice.
2. This Agreement may be revised from time to time as needed.
3. The store may charge fees depending on offers, products, services, or required governmental fees/taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or waive fees under this Agreement.

Article 8 – Payment Services

1. The store provides payment services via its partners and allows online payment through available payment options.
2. The store is committed to pricing products consistent with market value.
3. The store must provide invoices and receipts for transactions.
4. The store adheres to standard accounting practices in compliance with this Agreement.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights of the store belong solely to the store.
2. The consumer must respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including names, logos, trademarks, and related symbols.

Article 10 – Store Liability

1. The store agrees to operate lawfully according to Saudi regulations and this Agreement.
2. The store is not liable for claims resulting from errors or negligence, whether directly, indirectly, or incidentally, by consumers or third parties such as shipping companies.
3. The store and its representatives ensure that products/services offered are lawful and authorized.

Article 11 – Access Restriction

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s account at any time without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

Article 12 – Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to Saudi jurisdiction.

Article 13 – General Provisions

1. If any provision becomes invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
2. This Agreement (as updated periodically) forms the complete contractual relationship between store and consumer.
3. Arabic is the official language for interpreting this Agreement.
4. All prices may be modified from time to time.
5. Promotional offers are temporary and can be modified or canceled.
6. Both parties shall comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. This Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the application and log in to your account.
2. Go to “Account” or “Settings.”
3. Log in if required.
4. Click “Edit Account” or “Manage Account.”
5. Scroll down to view account details.
6. Click “Delete Account.”
7. Read the warning message carefully.
8. Click “Confirm Deletion.”

Important Notes:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Save any important data before deleting your account.
• If you face issues deleting your account, contact support.
